About me
Yasser S. Shama
I am Yasser Shama, a device and process-integration engineer with a PhD in Systems Design Engineering – Nanotechnology from the University of Waterloo. My current work focuses on semiconductor process integration, end-to-end fabrication strategy, process architecture, wafer-level integration, DOE-based troubleshooting, and reliability/yield improvement for advanced device manufacturing.
This portfolio only highlights selected work from my PhD and earlier projects, including CAD-based design, complex device analysis. My recent industrial process-integration work is confidential and is represented through my CV, with details available for discussion at a non-confidential level.
My technical focus is building executable end-to-end fabrication and process-development strategies that connect device requirements, process-flow architecture, cleanroom modules, first-principles analysis, and experimental validation.
