Description
This standalone chamber, developed during my PhD, is designed for MEMS gas sensor demonstrations. It features a robust design with a main body that includes inlet and outlet ports for gas flow, a USB port for accessing the driving and detection PCB, and a cover equipped with a 97% anti-reflective glass port for optical access. Dedicated cavities are designed to accommodate a driving power bank, a driving and detection PCB, and an environmental sensor to monitor internal conditions in real-time. This chamber can also act as a standalone vacuum chamber by sealing one gas port with a block nut (blanking plug) and connecting the other to a vacuum pump.
